By accessing or using Cigarnal (“the Platform”), you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase and consume tobacco products in your country or region (18 or 21 years of age, depending on applicable law), and that you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not meet the age requirement or do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Cigarnal is a platform for adult cigar enthusiasts to track humidors, log smoking sessions, rate cigars, and interact with a community of like-minded individuals. The Platform does not sell tobacco products and is not a retailer. All product references are for personal tracking and informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• Not share your account with any other person
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Not create accounts for the purpose of abuse, spam, or harassment

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Cigarnal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purposes of operating the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content. You must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform if you are under the legal age for tobacco consumption in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform without permission
• Use the Platform to facilitate the sale or distribution of tobacco products
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Platform’s operation

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and software comprising the Platform — excluding User Content — are the exclusive property of Cigarnal and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Cigarnal makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cigarnal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes via the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
